The Turkish customer ordered 418 tons of galvanized steel strips from Wanzhi Steel Group. Now the product has been produced and sent to Turkey on June 7, 2023. What Is the Galvanized Steel Strip?

The galvanized steel strip is the cold rolled or hot rolled, long and narrow strip steel plate of varying degrees of plating on a layer of a raw material called zinc. Hot dip galvanizing has the advantages of uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life. Hot dip galvanized strip matrix and molten bath occur complex physical and chemical reactions, forming corrosion resistant structure of zinc-iron alloy layer. The alloy layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the strip matrix. Therefore, galvanized steel strip has strong corrosion resistance.

The production process of hot-dip galvanized steel strip is relatively advanced, and the thickness of the zinc layer is relatively thick, so the ability to resist external corrosion is very strong, and the stable function can be maintained for a long time, so the storage method is relatively simple and does not require very strict conditions. Attention should be paid to the air humidity of the storage environment, and the warehouse should be ventilated regularly to ensure a dry storage environment. But also often check the steel belt, if you find that there is rust on the surface, do not worry, it is oxidized after contact with the air, and it can be used normally.
